Be the voice of Strongmill across the ISP and telecom world. You know how operators actually run, so you can make a room of them lean in. You'll build the relationships and the narrative that put Strongmill at the center of the industry conversation.
What you'll do
- Own the Strongmill story across the ISP and telecom market: talks, panels, podcasts, and field conversations.
- Build and nurture relationships with operators, associations, and industry groups.
- Represent Strongmill at conferences and operator sites. Turn conference floors into pipeline.
- Carry field insight back to product and GTM so what we build matches what operators need.
- Partner with sales and marketing to shape positioning, messaging, and product launches.
About you
- Deep roots in telecom / ISP / broadband: you've lived the operator's world.
- A skilled communicator. Equally comfortable talking on stage as you are one-on-one with a CTO.
- Credible and trusted across the industry, with a network you can pick up the phone to.
- Comfortable in an early-stage, build-it-yourself environment.
Embed with the ISPs we serve to bring Strongmill deep inside their software stack. You'll integrate across OSS/BSS, telemetry, and finance systems, build what the deployment needs, and turn what you learn in the field into product that ships for all our customers.
What you'll do
- Embed with operators to integrate Strongmill across their OSS/BSS, telemetry, and finance systems.
- Build integrations, data pipelines, and glue code that make each deployment land.
- Own technical delivery end to end: from first scoping call to a system running in production.
- Translate customer requests from the field into durable product features, working closely with our engineering team.
- Be the operator's trusted Strongmill contact on the ground.
About you
- Strong generalist engineer who's comfortable across the stack and with messy real-world data.
- You like being close to the operator and shipping under real constraints.
- Bonus: experience with telecom / ISP systems, OSS/BSS, or network telemetry.
- Willing to travel to operator sites and thrive in ambiguity.
